 We begin by helping your body slow down.
Not by forcing it—but by gently guiding your nervous system back toward safety.

Release
As your body softens, we begin to release what it’s been holding—stress, emotional patterns, and protective responses that no longer need to stay.

Rewire
 From that calmer place, we create new patterns—so we can feel more grounded, present, and like yourself again.

and nothing you try seems to truly help.

Your nervous system is overwhelmed—and it can learn to feel safe again.


My work is about gently guiding you back to that place of safety within yourself, at your own pace.


I support women navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions by helping them reconnect with their body, release stored tension, and create new patterns that feel supportive instead of exhausting.


I’m a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, EFT Practitioner (in certification), and Reiki Master Teacher.
But more than anything, I’m someone who deeply cares about creating a space where you feel seen, supported, and safe to shift.


My intention is simple:
That you leave each session feeling calmer, clearer, and more connected to yourself—
with tools you can actually use in your everyday life.


You don’t have to push through this alone anymore.
